Lose your weight three or fore kg in only seven days

So here is your diet chart

Day-1 eat fruits without banana

Day-2 eat unfried vegetable without tomato

Day-3 eat fruits & unfried vegetable without tomato & banana

Day-4 eat 8 banana & 8 tomato minimum you can eat more then 8

Day-5 eat 8 banana & 250 ml. milk you can eat more then 8 bananas

Day-6 eat unlimited boil pulses

Day-7 eat unlimited boil pulav

at last ending of the 7days you found your body healthy and relax thish is my own experience
